Rental Qualifications

The following standards must be met before an application can be approved.

1.    The Applicant must show proof of net monthly income equaling three times the rental amount.

2.    The Applicant must be employed for at least one year with the same employer.

3.    The Applicant must have good verifiable rental history.


Once your application is approved then you are required to submit the following:


1.    Copy of a current drivers licence or approved picture identification.

2.    Copy of current lease or rental contract.

3.    Proof of income. (Current check stub, bank statement, letter, etc.)

4.    Copy of Social Security Card.
